Axyora provides a service that lets a restaurant take orders over WhatsApp. These terms apply to two distinct audiences, and it helps to know which one you are.

Your contract is with the restaurant, not with us. It sells, prepares and delivers. Axyora provides the conversation tool; we are neither the seller nor the courier.
In practice, contact the restaurant about anything concerning:
What you confirm is binding. Before any payment, the service shows you a summary: the items, the service type, the delivery address, the fees and the total. Payment is only offered after you explicitly confirm that summary.
Allergens. The service reports only what the restaurant has declared. When information is not available it tells you so and points you to the restaurant rather than guessing. If you have an allergy, call: do not rely on an absence of information.
An automated assistant. Your messages are handled by an automated system. It can get things wrong. The summary before payment is the moment to check, and it exists for that. If something does not match what you asked for, say so before you pay.
You own everything. Your WhatsApp number, your WhatsApp Business Account, your display name, your conversations and your orders remain yours. You authorise us to act on your behalf; you assign us nothing. If you leave, you leave with all of it.
You are responsible for what you sell. The accuracy of your menu, prices, allergens, opening hours and delivery area. The assistant only says what you have entered: a wrong price in your menu becomes a wrong price quoted to a customer.
Your third-party accounts stay yours. WhatsApp Business Platform, Stripe and, where applicable, Uber Direct: you contract with them directly and pay their fees directly. We connect to your accounts with your authorisation.
Availability. We run the service to the best of our ability, without guaranteeing uninterrupted availability. It depends on third-party services (WhatsApp, Stripe, the delivery provider) whose outages are outside our control.
The service is not intended for people under 15.
These terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable resolution, the French courts have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you keep the benefit of the protective rules of your country of residence and may bring proceedings before any court the law makes available to you.
